Ammonium Benzoicum.

Benzoate of Ammonium. C7H5O(NH4)O.

SIGHT AND EYES. [5]

Feeling of swelling and soreness, apparently in puncta and saccus lachrymalis.
Eyelids swollen. ~ Albuminuria.

UPPER FACE. [8]

Face bloated. ~ Albuminuria.

TASTE, SPEECH, TONGUE. [11]

Swelling under tongue, right side, like ranula.

HICCOUGH, BELCHING, NAUSEA AND VOMITING. [16]

Eructation of food without acidity, with apparent weakness of digestion, or acid eructations.

SCROBICULUM AND STOMACH. [17]

Increased warmth in stomach.
Slight discomfort in stomach.

ABDOMEN AND LOINS. [19]

Sensation of soreness between abdominal rings, in spermatic cord, and extending slightly downward.

STOOLS AND RECTUM. [20]

Pain across sacrum with urgency to stool.

URINARY ORGANS. [21]

Sensation of internal soreness on pressure in leaning back against cushioned back of carriage, in region of right kidney.
Bloated face, eyelids swollen, head heavy, stupid; urine scanty, smoky. ~ Albuminuria.

VOICE AND LARYNX. TRACHEA AND BRONCHIA. [25]

Increased mucous secretion in larynx, causes frequent hawking and spitting.

HEART, PULSE AND CIRCULATION. [29]

Increased frequency of pulse.

NECK AND BACK. [31]

Pain across sacrum with urgency to stool.
Soreness in region of right kidney when pressing back against seat of carriage.

LOCALITY AND DIRECTION. [42]

Right: swelling under tongue; soreness in kidney.

SENSATIONS. [43]

Soreness: and swelling in eyes; in region of right kidney; between abdominal rings, in spermatic cord.
Increased warmth and discomfort in stomach.
Pain: across sacrum.

TISSUES. [44]

Albuminuria.
Gout with fluid in great toe-joint or with lithates.

TOUCH. PASSIVE MOTION. INJURIES. [45]

Pressure: against seat of carriage; soreness in kidney.

RELATIONS. [48]

Similar to its relatives, the ammonia salts and Benz. ac., especially the latter in gout, rheumatism and kidney affections, and the Amm. phosph., in gouty deposits.
Also similar to: Gnaphal. (gouty concretions); Caustic.; Tereb., (smoky, albuminous urine; rheumatism).
