====== Vedecké štúdie a homeopatia ======
Vedecké štúdie venujúce sa homeopatií sme rozdelili do štyroch častí:
* **I. Databázy a zoznamy štúdií** - v tejto časti sú odkazy na databázy a zoznamy homeopatických štúdií.
* **II. Klinické štúdie klasickej homeopatie** - časť venujúca sa výskumu klasickej (individualizovanej) homeopatie. V metodike týchto štúdii sú dodržané základné princípy homeopatie ako sú zákon podobnosti, podávanie minimálnej dávky a jedného lieku u každého pacienta (bližšie [[http://legatum.sk/sk:homeopathy]]). Predpis lieku je prísne individuálny. Autori stránky považujú výsledky práve týchto štúdií za najrelevantnejšie z pohľadu posúdenia účinnosti/neúčinnosti homeopatie.
* **III. Ostatné klinické štúdie s použitím homeopatických liekov** - v tejto časti sú zahrnuté klinické štúdie použitia homeopatických liekov spôsobmi, ktoré nespĺňajú základné princípy homeopatie (bližšie [[http://legatum.sk/sk:homeopathy]]). Predpis homeopatických liekov nie je výlučne individualizovaný. Z výsledkov týchto štúdii preto nie je možné urobiť záver o účinnosti/ neúčinnosti homeopatie. Väčšina mediálne diskusovaných štúdií homeopatie patrí práve do tejto oblasti.
* **IV. Základný výskum v homeopatii** - v tejto časti sme zaradili štúdie predklinického - základného výskumu homeopatie. Cieľom týchto štúdií je bližšie popísať a objasniť fenomény vznikajúce pri použití homeopatík (potencovaných látok) na živé a neživé systémy. Používajú sa tu rôzne fyzikálno-chemické, rastlinné a zvieracie modely.

* **Mathie et al (2017)** -- Záver: analýza 75 randomizovaných štúdii (pre 48 klinických stavov do konca roku 2014) neindividualizovanej homeopatie ukazuje signifikantný rozdiel účinnosti homeopatie oproti placebu. Avšak pri zhodnotení kvalitnejších štúdii nebol prítomný signifikantný rozdiel v efektivite oproti placebu. __ III.A.2.) Globálne metaanalýzy homeopatie - novšie __
// Jedná sa o metaanalýzy klinických homeopatických štúdii ako celku.
