Numb and paralytic sensation in left side of head.
Pressure on vertex shifting to occiput.
Boring in left frontal protuberance.
Migraine always day after a party, where she usually wore a heavy diadem; polyuria of perfectly clear urine.
Sensation as if blood were rushing to occiput on entering a room.

OUTER HEAD. [4]

Itching on right side of occiput, amel. from scratching.

SIGHT AND EYES. [5]

Mistiness of sight, especially in afternoon when writing.
Burning in eyes, in open air, on waking, by candlelight.
Spasmodic quivering of lids.
Frequent twitching in left upper lid.

HEARING AND EARS. [6]

Sticking or boring in ears, with dryness in throat.

SMELL AND NOSE. [7]

Itching in nostrils.
Pimples on septum, with burning and oozing.
Itching and burning on tip of nose.
Oozing pimples on nose.

UPPER FACE. [8]

Pale, earthy complexion.
Redness of cheeks even when skin is cold.
Cramplike pain in left cheek.
Itching pimples and vesicles on cheeks.
Papulae on cheek and under skin of occiput.

LOWER FACE. [9]

Cracking in left articulation of jaw.
Itching of lips; chapped lips.

TASTE, SPEECH, TONGUE. [11]

Sour taste in mouth.

INNER MOUTH. [12]

Dryness: with sour taste in mouth; on waking, in morning.
Greasy feeling in mouth and on palate.
Profuse accumulation of saliva in mouth, sometimes snow white.

PALATE AND THROAT. [13]

Dryness of throat, especially during empty deglutition.
Roughness in throat inducing dry, hacking cough.
Hawking of tenacious mucus after a meal.
Choking and constriction of throat, particularly morning and evening.

APPETITE, THIRST. DESIRES, AVERSIONS. [14]

Shifting of flatus in abdomen, with rumbling.
Drawing from groins to testicles.

STOOLS AND RECTUM. [20]

Difficult stool; after long urging; even when natural.
Burning and stinging in anus and rectum.

URINARY ORGANS. [21]

Urine: greenish, copious, clear, pale, also depositing a cloud; greenish and smells fishy; constipation; dilated pupils, and occasional rolling of eyes during sleep.
Much urging to urinate, with discharge of only a few drops.
Burning during micturition.
Itching in urethra.

MALE SEXUAL ORGANS. [22]

Nocturnal erections and emissions.
Long standing neuralgia of spermatic cord; excruciating attacks three or four times every year; pains as if testicles were seized by a hand and pulled very severely.
Both testicles are drawn up and very painful.
Pressing in prostate gland.
Burning stinging about root of penis (afternoon).

FEMALE SEXUAL ORGANS. [23]

Menses: too early, preceded and accompanied by cutting in abdomen and small of back and sticking in left side of head and vertex; scanty, black blood, languor of hands and feet.
Leucorrhea of thin, white mucus.

VOICE AND LARYNX. TRACHEA AND BRONCHIA. [25]

Spasmus glottidis with disturbance of abdominal organs; flatulency, colic or diarrhea; tympanitis.
Hoarseness with inability to talk loud.

RESPIRATION. [26]

Chronic asthma nervosum, for which no organic basis could be detected, but which was caused by repelled foot sweat.

INNER CHEST AND LUNGS. [28]

Rushes of blood to chest with dry heat of face.
Violent stitch in upper part of chest, near sternum, as with a red hot needle burning in that spot, continuing a long time after.
Darting in mamma when standing, from behind forward.

HEART, PULSE AND CIRCULATION. [29]

Pressure and crushing sensation about heart.

NECK AND BACK. [31]

Cracking of vertebrae on raising head.
A few pointed and painful stitches from left scapula to axilla.
Pain in small of back when sitting.

UPPER LIMBS. [32]

Pimples in bends of elbows.
Numbness of single fingers.
Drawing and digging in right thumb as if it would ulcerate.

LOWER LIMBS. [33]

Excoriation in bends of hips.
Sticking in sole of foot.
Tingling in one spot in middle of sole in evening.
Cramp in toes.
Tearing in big toe, which is painful as if ulcerated, particularly near nail.

LIMBS IN GENERAL. [34]

Lameness of left limb and left arm.

REST. POSITION. MOTION. [35]

Raising head: cracking of vertebrae.
Standing: darting in mamma.
Stooping: painful dizziness.
Sitting: pain in back.

NERVES. [36]

Languor with indolence, inclination to sit.
Fainting.
Cramplike drawing in different parts.

TIME. [38]

Morning: painful dizziness.
Choking and constriction of throat.
Afternoon: mistiness when writing; burning about root of penis.
Evening: choking and constriction of throat; tingling in one spot of sole.

TEMPERATURE AND WEATHER. [39]

Open air: painful dizziness; burning of eyes; walk in open air; coldness of left leg.
On entering room: as if blood were rushing to occiput.

Shuddering from vertex to chest.
Coldness: after a walk in open air; of whole left lower limb.
Dry, pricking heat, particularly in face.
Perspiration during a meal.

Every year three or four attacks: neuralgia of spermatic cord.

Vesicles like scabious pimples.
Red watery vesicles after scratching.

A lady, usually wore a heavy diadem upon head; migraine.

Antidoted by: Camphor., Nux vom., Opium.
